MAXIMUM ADULT OCCUPANCY IS FOUR.

This is a two bedroom raised (approx 8 steps) ground floor duplex apartment with air conditioning / heating. It benifits from the use of two all year round communal swimming pools, the apartment is one of the best situated on the complex and has a fabulous view over one of the two communal swimming pools, it has sun from first thing in the morning until late afternoon/early evening.

Outside the front entrance there is a lovely patio area equiped with a unique mosiac tiled table, four comfortable chairs and a large parasol, there is also a retractable awning. The terrace has a fabulous view overlooking one of the two communal swimming pools.

LOUNGE

The lounge is tastefully furnished with a two seater settee, a three seater bed settee, wall units, coffee table and a large rug, mini Hi-Fi / CD player, DVD player, with a large selection of CD's and DVD's. The digital satellite television provides 64 TV channels including most english programmes. You also get some radio stations, at one end of the lounge is a dining area with an extending dining table and four chairs. The window looks out onto the front patio and views across one of the two swimming pools and ravine.

It has the benifit of remote controlled air conditioning / heating, and is also fitted with two ceiling fans.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, cooker, hob, extractor fan, microwave and all the other kitchen essensials. Off the kitchen are double sliding patio doors leading to a small utility area where the washing machine is located, and a pull out clothes airer.

BATHROOM

The bathroom is compact, has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet & sink.

it is also fitted with a stainless steel heated towel rail.

BEDROOMS

The main double bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed, headboard, bedside cabinets with lamps, a small digital clock, a chest of drawers/dressing table with mirror, hair dryer, the bedroom also has fitted wardrobes with storage shelves, From the window is a view out over the swimming pool and the ravine.

The bedroom is also fitted with remote controlled air conditioning / heating unit as well as a ceiling fan.

The twin bedded bedroom is also tastefully furnished, it has two single beds with headboards, the beds are designed so that they can be stored under each other for more room if nessessary, a bedside cabinet with lamp, a small single wardrobe, wall mirror and again fitted with a remote controlled air conditioning / heating unit and a ceiling fan. from this bedroom there is a sliding patio door leading out onto a small tiled private patio area with table and two chairs.

The apartment is on a secure gated community with private off road parking attached to the property.

We are located in the lovely area of Playa Flamenca, which itself is just outside the main town of Torrevieja between Murcia and Alicante airports.

For families there are numerous excellent beaches, water parks and theme parks.

The area has much to offer, with numerous bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, also with 3 championship golf courses within 15mins drive. Local market weekly held on a Saturday is only a few mins walk away.

Playa Flamenca commercial centre is only 10-15 mins walk away with dozens of bars and restuarants, and quite a lively night life if thats what takes your fancy, also within walking distance is the commercial centre of La Florida, again with shops, bars & restaurants, and there is the commercial centre of Via Park I & Via Park II which is within walking distance as well.There are endless amounts of others within a few minutes drive, stretching down the coast from Cabo Roig to La Mata.

THIS APARTMENT IS AT A GREAT PRICE, TO ALLOW YOU TO VISIT YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS OR HOLIDAY.
We are able to offer a basic welcome pack on your arrival consisting of typically: water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread. eggs, marg, fresh orange, wine and biscuits this will be at a small charge of 15euros, payable locally, please indicate when booking if this facility is required.

The artical below is a cutting from one of the local newspapers, the sports complex has already been started and is situated only five minutes walk from the apartment.

It is due for completion early 2010 which will make the position of our apartment ideal for anyone wanting a winter break
