THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT CATER FOR STAG OR HEN PARTIES. MAXIMUM ADULT OCCUPANCY IS FOUR PEOPLE.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. STRICTLY NO PETS.
There is a €20 or £20 refundable deposit to pay on arrival for keys, if vehicle access is required then there is also a €50 refundable depost to cover the cost of replacing the fob which operates the electric vehicle access gates.
There is a £75 deposit payable to secure the booking, this will be held as a breakages/damage deposit. and will be refunded after your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). You will be responsable for paying the end of stay clean/changeover cost, which is €50 and is also payable locally to the agents.
The final payment due eight weeks before your stay. Due to changes in some banks with regard to cheques, all payments to be paid via bank transfers, also deposit will be paid back in the same way.
PLEASE OBTAIN YOUR OWN COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVER AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE TO YOURSELVES OR ANY OF YOUR PARTY MEMBERS OR CANCELLATION, DELAYS ECT. However, in the event of cancellation by us (the owners) then all monies will be refunded.
Vacation of the property should be by 1200 on day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with our agents.
Please provide your own beach towels, THE TOWELS WE PROVIDE ARE FOR USE IN THE APARTMENT ONLY.
For periods of under 7 nights please refer to the daily rates on the right hand side of the page. (Except for July & August, when minimum rental period is 1 week) .
The damage/breakages deposit will be refunded by us at the end of stay subject to a satisfactory property inspection by our agents.
